PD-1000 Wound Pad Machine has similar principle of work with other plaster group machines. Semi product coming from slicing stage and other materials are placed on this machine and the machine places the absorbed pad and silicone paper on the carried material and cuts them in the desired size. Finally, the machine places the material to between of the packaging paper and cut them in the desired size. The end of these processes, product is ready for quality control. If you produce capsicum plaster, you may use HM- 3000 Hotmelt Adhesive Coating and Lamination Machine for lamination stage because capsicum plaster has a specific adhesive mixture and it has perforating stage. With this stage, you can’t use hot lamination process. Because of these reasons, if you want to produce capsicum plaster, you may use SL-3000 Adhesive Lamination Machine.
