MS-6000 Surgical Tape Winding and Spooling Machine has a different kind of principle of work from other plaster group machines.MS-6000 use jumbo rolls coming from lamination stage as a semi product. These rolls are placed to the machine.

Then, the machine wrap the semi product again in the desired length, slices them in the 1,25cm and multiples and wrap again to the spools. The end of these processes, products are ready for quality control.

If you want to produce medical plaster without spool, the jumbo rolls coming from lamination stage are wrapped again in the desired length and these rolls are sent to slicing group machines. After the slicing process, products are ready for quality control.
