It inserts absorbent pads (bumper)to the metarial, shapes in the desired size, laminated silicone paper and cuts into the package.

The semi product coming from slicing stage and other materials (absorbed pad, silicone paper and packaging paper) are placed to YB-1000 First Aid Plaster Machine. Machine places the absorbed pad and silicone paper on the carried material and cut them in the desired size. Finally, the machine places the material to between of the packaging paper and cut them in the desired size. The end of these processes, product is ready for quality control.
